“Traditionally, TMJ had always used a paper system to log and reference all its Health and Safety data which, when managing numerous projects, had become very time consuming for all of those involved. It was very difficult to decide the best route to solve this challenge“

“TMJ takes Health and Safety very seriously and it seemed wrong to just be analysing the data from only 1/3 of our projects, therefore we started to log all our projects on to YellowJacket, which then meant we had the full picture when it came to trends”
What were the outcomes?
“YellowJacket is very easy to use and having the mobile app is even better, as it allows audits/observations to be keyed when you are on site, rather than having to wait until you are back in the office, which sometimes can be days later.
The team has been very supportive and helpful in making suggestions on the best way to record data and have even tailored sections of the system to suit our specific needs.
It is now far easier for us to understand where we have problems and then come up with solutions to prevent it happening again”
